How do I book my move?
We will review your information and send you an email with your personal estimated quote. If you are ready to book with us you can log in to your account page from that email and book with us there.
If you can’t book your move online, please email musclemovers702@gmail.com or give us a call at 702-445-7873 and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the reservation.

Is the price based on the hours?
That is correct. If you’re having a local move with us, your final price is based on the actual labor time + travel time charge between your locations. All jobs are subject to a minimum charge of 2 hours. Labor time is prorated based on 15 minute increments.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Am I able to change my move date and/or time?
If you need to change your move date and/or start time before you booked your move you can simply login to your account page and do so, if you already booked your job please call our office or send us a message with your request (you can e-mail to musclemovers702@gmail.com or message your account manager from your account page)
Keep in mind that the price may change when rescheduling the date as all rates are based on availability

When should I pay for the move?
All service charges can be paid upon the completion of the job.

Do you provide packing services?
Consider using our professional packing services which provide convenience, peace of mind and can help alleviate the pressures of other obligations that accompany the moving process. Whether we pack the entire house or help with just a few items, our professional methods will save time, materials, space and will also minimize any possibility of damage during transit.

Do you sell & deliver boxes and packing supplies?
We offer a full range of boxes and packing materials
We offer free delivery and a full refund provided for the return of unused products (some restrictions applied).

Is there any weight limit when packing boxes?
Boxes should be packed properly, you should use the right boxes
Do not overload boxes, do not use extra large or extra small boxes, boxes must be sealed both ways, if you can’t move the boxes it’s to heavy.

What is included in my moving price?
Muscle Movers LLC Hourly rates are All-Inclusive and including the following:
1. Disassembly & reassembly of furniture (as needed)
2. Loading, Unloading & Set up upon your request at the new location.
3. Free Pad-wrap protection of your furniture
4. Free New Mattress Covers for all your beds
5. Free Boxes for your flat TVs.
6. Free Cardboard protection for all Mirrors, Glass tops, Glass shelves & Large works of art
7. Free use of wardrobe boxes on move day (use for hanging garments only)
8. Basic liability coverage of $1.00 per lbs. per article. (Additional coverage is available)
9. Gas, tolls & all taxes. (Excluding Tolls for Bridges & Tunnels)

Will Muscle Movers LLC disassemble and reassemble furniture?
They absolutely do. Our teams comes fully equipped with all the tools to tackle any disassemble/reassemble job. Please keep in mind that some items are not built to be disassembled, moved and reassembled multiple times, therefore, sometimes we are limited in our responsibility to the safety of items. Those items are usually press wood (particle board) made furniture. (movers will reassemble only items that were disassembled by us).

Am I being charged for packing of glass/marble tops?
No we do not charge extra

Can I leave stuff inside the dresser?
The answer to this question is yes and NO. You can definitely leave your light linens inside the drawers, but please make sure to take out any heavier items (i.e. jeans, files, books). Please keep in mind that our movers might be changing the position of the dresser by standing it up vertically, therefore any small articles left inside might fall behind the drawers and get lost. Bottom line is, empty dresser is easier to be move takes less time to be wrapped and the chances of something being lost or damaged are minimal.

Muscle movers were great. They did what they said they would. The two men that moved me were very professional and friendly. Plus they were fast. The only thing I was concerned with was the office could have explained the deposit you pay up front is non-refundable. It does not get applied to your move. I highly recommend Muscle Movers, whether you're moving long-distance or even just within your local area! I was very anxious about moving long distance again after having a really bad experience with another moving company in Portland in 2021. After doing a lot of research, we decided to go with Muscle Movers because they offered us the best price and didn't pressure us to sign the contract like the other moving companies. Other companies kept sending me text messages non-stop to sign the contract, which was a huge red flag. I am so happy that the move went smoothly and I love how they keep track of everything they load in the truck to make sure nothing gets lost. Vincent the owner even flew out from Vegas to Seattle to ensure everything was good, which I really appreciated!

Troy is a bad business person. I just feel bad for the rest of his crew. He took my money and did not finish the job. Don’t waste your time hiring these guys. They’ll promise the world and not deliver. Everything is great until you pay him. Then you’re nothing to him. He left me stranded with a heavy table outside, a bed that was not put together, and furniture that was only half way put together. His crew are great guys but it’s not worth putting up with Troy’s greedy behavior. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I will update this post if the need arises. Now on to Yelp.
They guys moving my 4 bedroom house from Florida to California and did an exceptional job. I can not put into works how happy I am with the level of service these guys provided. I called to get a quote and 1 week later they had 8 guys at my doorstep ready to pack and load it up. Im gonna refer them to all my associates , friends and family. Had a horrible customer service experience with this company. Vince quoted us for a 3 man job in 4 hours to move my husband and I from an apartment to a house. We went thru everything we had and our elevator/stair situation and he did say it could be slightly less or more (we understood). Move in day comes… 2/3 guys were good. They were nice professional for the most part and were working hard. 1/3 guys was as slow as a snail, Barely doing anything, Taking frequent sitting breaks in the truck, And to top it off…. injured his back halfway through the move. After this happened, he complained constantly, barely carried anything, and the other two men had to pick up the slack on his behalf. This turned our roughly 4 hour move to a SEVEN hour move.
We were definitely thrown off by this and stressed the entire time of how long it was taking we started carrying shit ourselves because if it’s just couldn’t do it on their own. Throughout this process, there was just constant complaining about how many stairs we had and how hard it was for them, but they knew about the stairs ahead of time and I just find it hard to believe that Professional movers are that shocked by needing to carry things up stairs…..
During our previous interactions with Vince, he seemed like a really nice guy and was very proud of his “five star rating”. We called him the Monday after our move and told him about what we had experienced, and he had assured us that he would look into this issue and let us know what could be done. 10 days went by and we never heard from him. I called the office two times and he was always unavailable. The receptionist on the phone finally went through the details of his decision on his behalf. which was completely ridiculous. We finally got an email response for him and this is exactly what he said quoted directly for an email-
“He got hurt on the job not much I can do about that its moving it happens unfortunately. Not sure what exactly you want me to do??? “
So just beware that any and all factors impacting the efficiency of the movers will come out of the CUSTOMERS pocket.
After lots of back and forth with them about how to handle this- they offered us a measly 8% off the total….. unbelievable.
Overall, the move itself & our belongings were transported effectively, but the professionalism of the movers and the outright disrespect from Vince leads me to recommend customers to find another company.

These guys are the bomb.com! Vincent stopped by first so he could assess our move. Then he produced a thorough (and accurate!) estimate so there were no surprizes. We were downsizing, so half our stuff went into a POD. We were thinking "No way..." Buy they were able to stack and load the POD using some amazing Tetris skills. Very impressive. The house we moved into had a narrow set of stairs with a very tight corner at the top that was obviously designed by someone that has never had the pleasure of moving any furniture. They were able to navigate that turn with no issues and no damage. They were on time, professional, hard working, curteous, and overall just a joy to work with. I definitely give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
