Don and Nate were complete professionals. They arrived on time and got right to work. They did an amazing job packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading all of my furniture.

I was originally quoted for a 2-hour job, and they let me know right away it would take longer since I wanted everything fully wrapped. I really appreciated them being upfront about the time because of my requests.

When I move again next year, I will definitely be using Muscle Movers and will be requesting Don and Nate personally.

Jeremy and Chris with Muscle Movers did a fantastic job getting my belongings from Las Vegas to Park City, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.
From the first loading step in Vegas to the final box off the truck in Park City, they were punctual, organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled heavy and awkward pieces with real care, protected the house on both ends, and never once acted rushed or careless. Throughout the move they stayed professional, communicative, and upbeat, which made a long interstate move feel far less stressful. Everything arrived in great shape, on schedule, and right where I wanted it. I’ll absolutely use Muscle Movers again for future moves and highly recommend Jeremy and Chris to anyone planning a move from Las Vegas to Utah or anywhere for that matter.

Edited: I originally gave 5 stars, which the guys that moved me deserve. I took one star away for how the paperwork side of things was handled.

My only complaint is in the paperwork, the way things are worded, and processed. I thought the deposit was going towards final costs on moving day, since to me, that is what deposit means. Technically, it is, but it is not invoiced, nor explained in that way. The deposit is in addition to moving day costs. I was not provided any final paperwork from the movers and simply emailed a basic receipt for final payment, which did not include anything other than the price paid and how it was paid. I had to ask for an itemized invoice that showed exactly what the charges were and what I paid for. Even though everything was explained to me as the paperwork was done in front of me, I was not given a copy until I requested it. And what I did receive was a computer generated spreadsheet, not a copy of the actual paperwork that the movers used on moving day.

Add what you pay for a deposit to the estimate that you are given. That will be closer to what you actually pay.
