The only issue I have is the original quote. Due to the estimator not planning or quoting it correctly, a huge amount of stuff is left behind. I have to get a uhaul now to finish the job and going to take me about 1-3 days to finish it up myself. Makes things complicated on my end and can’t get another set of movers in time or even afford a whole other team to get the rest done plus setting my schedule back.
Changing my star review as I’m now noticing movers broke my bedroom light, screws not kept with furniture just left all over the floor so not sure how I’ll be able to put things back together, and seeing how much stuff is still left is unreal. I don’t even have a photo of the backyard

We hired Muscle Movers to help with some moves of new and existing furniture items, they were large and heavy items and it involved an awkward staircase. Chris and Carmel were great…they were friendly, organized, and got done what we were planning on being a 3 to 4 hour project in 2.5 hours! We will use them again…absolutely!

Chris, Kris, and Dinnus helped us with our move and did a great job. We had several heavy pieces of furniture, and they handled everything efficiently, even with stairs! They were able to get all of our belongings moved in about 7 hours.
I do have some minor issues. Our sofa was not wrapped and therefore the sides of the couch were visibly dirty with dust/dirt from the truck. One of the doors of our sideboard was dented. A side of a wooden bed frame was scuffed/scraped. Also from moving/turning a low corner of drywall was dented.
It’s understandable that some damages will occur during a move. But at the same time, some of these felt preventable. I still appreciate their hard work and would still recommend them for your next move.
