We will review your information and send you an email with your personal estimated quote. If you are ready to book with us you can log in to your account page from that email and book with us there.

If you can’t book your move online, please email musclemovers702@gmail.com or give us a call at 702-445-7873 and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the reservation.

That is correct. If you’re having a local move with us, your final price is based on the actual labor time + travel time charge between your locations. All jobs are subject to a minimum charge of 2 hours. Labor time is prorated based on 15 minute increments.

We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.

If you need to change your move date and/or start time before you booked your move you can simply login to your account page and do so, if you already booked your job please call our office or send us a message with your request (you can e-mail to musclemovers702@gmail.com or message your account manager from your account page)

Keep in mind that the price may change when rescheduling the date as all rates are based on availability

All service charges can be paid upon the completion of the job.

Whether we pack the entire house or help with just a few items, our professional methods will save time, materials, space and will also minimize any possibility of damage during transit.

We offer a full range of boxes and packing materials

We offer free delivery and a full refund provided for the return of unused products (some restrictions applied).

Boxes should be packed properly, you should use the right boxes

Do not overload boxes, do not use extra large or extra small boxes, boxes must be sealed both ways, if you can’t move the boxes it’s to heavy.

Muscle Movers LLC Hourly rates are All-Inclusive and including the following:

1. Disassembly & reassembly of furniture (as needed)

2. Loading, Unloading & Set up upon your request at the new location.

3. Free Pad-wrap protection of your furniture

4. Free New Mattress Covers for all your beds

5. Free Boxes for your flat TVs.

6. Free Cardboard protection for all Mirrors, Glass tops, Glass shelves & Large works of art

7. Free use of wardrobe boxes on move day (use for hanging garments only)

8. Basic liability coverage of $1.00 per lbs. per article. (Additional coverage is available)

9. Gas, tolls & all taxes. (Excluding Tolls for Bridges & Tunnels)

They absolutely do. Our teams comes fully equipped with all the tools to tackle any disassemble/reassemble job. Please keep in mind that some items are not built to be disassembled, moved and reassembled multiple times, therefore, sometimes we are limited in our responsibility to the safety of items. Those items are usually press wood (particle board) made furniture. (movers will reassemble only items that were disassembled by us).

No we do not charge extra

The answer to this question is yes and NO. You can definitely leave your light linens inside the drawers, but please make sure to take out any heavier items (i.e. jeans, files, books). Please keep in mind that our movers might be changing the position of the dresser by standing it up vertically, therefore any small articles left inside might fall behind the drawers and get lost. Bottom line is, empty dresser is easier to be move takes less time to be wrapped and the chances of something being lost or damaged are minimal.

First thing we do is get all your basic information into the system like name, number email pick up and drop off locations. Then we schedule a time to have a long-distance consultant come out and do an in-home evaluation of all items going. While there, we go over the entire process for your specific needs. Not all long-distance jobs are the same, so all proper logistics are tailored to each customer’s needs.

Yes, we do offer local moving services. Big or small, we do it all.

We offer a variety of commercial services. from packing, crating, to local relocation, to state relocation. We have moved 400 sq ft offices up to 50k sq ft offices. Our movers have done it all.

We do offer labor-only but we just do not offer discount pricing for labor-only services.

Yes, we load and unload “PODS” containers weekly.

Yes, we do. We are a full-service moving company. We always have a branded fleet truck available for your moving needs.

Our entire fleet of trucks is all 26-foot trucks with option of a semi truck if needed.

Yes, we do packing-only services. We specialize in all types of packing services

Yes, you can. We will even deliver the supplies for free with orders bigger than $150.

Yes, all moves from local, commercial, and long-distance moves require a deposit to get on our schedule.

Yes, we specialize in all specialty items, like safes, baby grand pianos, and heavy statues. You name it, we move it.

No. Our rates are the same 7 days a week.

We ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice to move a date. If you call the day before a scheduled move date could face a fee attached to rescheduling.

Yes. From the Netherlands to Mexico, we can move anyone almost anywhere.

We recommend that you or an authorized representative be present at the start and finish of the move to review paperwork and direct placement of items. If you can’t be there, arrangements can be made ahead of time.

Yes. Muscle Movers offers secure, climate-controlled storage in Las Vegas for short-term and long-term needs. Storage is billed monthly and can be combined with your moving service.

If your moving date changes, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability and adjust your booking at no extra charge (with proper notice).

Muscle Movers takes great care with every move, but in the rare event of damage or loss, we follow Nevada state moving regulations. Claims can be filed under our standard liability coverage, or you can choose additional protection for extra peace of mind.

Yes. If you have your own rental truck, pod, or storage unit, Muscle Movers provides labor-only services for loading, unloading, or in-home furniture rearranging.
