Muscle movers were great. They did what they said they would. The two men that moved me were very professional and friendly. Plus they were fast. The only thing I was concerned with was the office could have explained the deposit you pay up front is non-refundable. It does not get applied to your move. It is used for time travel for the two men and the truck. All in all I give them 5 stars and I would use them again. Thank You MUSCLE MOVERS🙂

This is my 2nd time using muscle movers and I am extremely satisfied with the service. My move was for a 1 bedroom on the top floor and the guys did it within 2.5 hours! They took the upmost care of my belongings and made my move flawless. Definitely will be recommending the company to my friends and family. Thank you guys!

The Muscle Movers team led by Nate with Connor and Jordan were fantastic. Super professional - took great care to properly move and secure all items - out of the house, into the truck, in transit and then finally into the new house. Couldn’t ask for a more positive experience and superior value. Will absolutely request this same team again for my next move and I’ll be recommending same for any of my friends and family that need movers.

I highly recommend Muscle Movers, whether you're moving long-distance or even just within your local area!
I was very anxious about moving long distance again after having a really bad experience with another moving company in Portland in 2021.
After doing a lot of research, we decided to go with Muscle Movers because they offered us the best price and didn't pressure us to sign the contract like the other moving companies.
Other companies kept sending me text messages non-stop to sign the contract, which was a huge red flag.
I am so happy that the move went smoothly and I love how they keep track of everything they load in the truck to make sure nothing gets lost.
Vincent the owner even flew out from Vegas to Seattle to ensure everything was good, which I really appreciated!

Troy is a bad business person. I just feel bad for the rest of his crew. He took my money and did not finish the job. Don’t waste your time hiring these guys. They’ll promise the world and not deliver. Everything is great until you pay him. Then you’re nothing to him. He left me stranded with a heavy table outside, a bed that was not put together, and furniture that was only half way put together. His crew are great guys but it’s not worth putting up with Troy’s greedy behavior. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I will update this post if the need arises. Now on to Yelp.

They guys moving my 4 bedroom house from Florida to California and did an exceptional job. I can not put into works how happy I am with the level of service these guys provided. I called to get a quote and 1 week later they had 8 guys at my doorstep ready to pack and load it up. Im gonna refer them to all my associates , friends and family. Here’s an extra 5 stars on top of it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a horrible customer service experience with this company. Vince quoted us for a 3 man job in 4 hours to move my husband and I from an apartment to a house. We went thru everything we had and our elevator/stair situation and he did say it could be slightly less or more (we understood). Move in day comes… 2/3 guys were good. They were nice professional for the most part and were working hard. 1/3 guys was as slow as a snail, Barely doing anything, Taking frequent sitting breaks in the truck, And to top it off…. injured his back halfway through the move. After this happened, he complained constantly, barely carried anything, and the other two men had to pick up the slack on his behalf. This turned our roughly 4 hour move to a SEVEN hour move.
We were definitely thrown off by this and stressed the entire time of how long it was taking we started carrying shit ourselves because if it’s just couldn’t do it on their own. Throughout this process, there was just constant complaining about how many stairs we had and how hard it was for them, but they knew about the stairs ahead of time and I just find it hard to believe that Professional movers are that shocked by needing to carry things up stairs…..
During our previous interactions with Vince, he seemed like a really nice guy and was very proud of his “five star rating”. We called him the Monday after our move and told him about what we had experienced, and he had assured us that he would look into this issue and let us know what could be done. 10 days went by and we never heard from him. I called the office two times and he was always unavailable. The receptionist on the phone finally went through the details of his decision on his behalf. which was completely ridiculous. We finally got an email response for him and this is exactly what he said quoted directly for an email-
“He got hurt on the job not much I can do about that its moving it happens unfortunately. Not sure what exactly you want me to do??? “
So just beware that any and all factors impacting the efficiency of the movers will come out of the CUSTOMERS pocket.
After lots of back and forth with them about how to handle this- they offered us a measly 8% off the total….. unbelievable.
Overall, the move itself & our belongings were transported effectively, but the professionalism of the movers and the outright disrespect from Vince leads me to recommend customers to find another company.

These guys are the bomb.com! Vincent stopped by first so he could assess our move. Then he produced a thorough (and accurate!) estimate so there were no surprizes. We were downsizing, so half our stuff went into a POD. We were thinking "No way..." Buy they were able to stack and load the POD using some amazing Tetris skills. Very impressive. The house we moved into had a narrow set of stairs with a very tight corner at the top that was obviously designed by someone that has never had the pleasure of moving any furniture. They were able to navigate that turn with no issues and no damage. They were on time, professional, hard working, curteous, and overall just a joy to work with. I definitely give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
